Shipping policy

 

Welcome to Auraverese (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are committed to providing you with the best transportation service for your sofa beds, bedside tables, double bed frames, and chest of drawers. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our shipping procedures.

Delivery Scope
We currently only support delivery within Australia. We do not support delivery to countries other than Australia at this time.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders of AUD 50 or more: Free shipping.

  • Orders under AUD 50: A flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99 applies.

Taxes
All taxes and related fees are included in the product price. You do not need to pay any additional tax fees upon receipt.

Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (18:00) according to Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT.

  • Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the next business day.

  • If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.

Handling Time
After the order is confirmed, the handling time for the goods is 1-3 business days. This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

Transit Time
Once the order is shipped, the estimated total transit time is 5-8 business days. Please note that transit times may vary depending on your specific location within Australia.

To ensure your furniture arrives safely, we partner with reputable carriers including:

  • Australia Post

  • StarTrack

  • Sendle

  • Allied Express

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and logistics carrier information. You can check the status of your order by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to retrieve real-time updates.

Liability Statement

  • Product Damage or Loss: If your furniture arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: You may request to modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the shipping process has started (tracking number generated), we cannot modify or cancel the order.

  • Delivery Address and Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Signing Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing for the package. If you notice significant damage, please note it with the courier or refuse the package and contact us immediately.

Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or carrier network disruptions.
