Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for purchasing sofa beds, bedside tables, double bed frames, and chest of drawers at Auraverese (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are committed to providing you with an excellent online shopping experience. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations below.

Order Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is determined by the status of your order:

  • Within 48 hours of placing the order and before shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped and the request is made within 48 hours of the purchase time, the order can be directly cancelled.

  • Over 48 hours or after shipment: If more than 48 hours have passed since you placed the order, or if the order has already been dispatched (regardless of the time elapsed), we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you will need to wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items to you. Once received, please contact us to initiate a return and refund process. For more details on this step, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

Order Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email at team@auraverese.com or by phone at +1 (813) 679-2767. In your communication, please clearly provide your Order Number and valid payment proof (such as a transaction receipt).

  • Our customer service team will process your application immediately upon receipt. Once the cancellation is approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange for the refund without delay.

Refund Instructions
Once your cancellation or subsequent return is confirmed:

  • Method: The refund will be returned to the original bank card account (Visa or MasterCard) used for the payment.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different card issuing banks, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Overdue Refunds: If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Modifications
Requests to modify order details, such as the shipping address or item quantities, follow the same rules as the cancellation policy. Modifications can only be made within 48 hours of placing the order and before the items have been shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot alter the shipping destination or order contents.

Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • The item ordered is out of stock or unavailable.

  • There is an error in the price or product description posted on our online store.

  • We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
    If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
